This policy helps us maintain fairness and consistency for all our clients and ensures we can continue to provide exceptional services.

2. Resolving Issues and Errors
Complimentary Corrections: If you experience any problems or are not completely satisfied with your service, we are committed to making it right. 

Quality Assurance: Our team of professionals will work diligently to address your concerns and ensure that you are happy with the final result. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will take the necessary steps to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.

3. How to Address Concerns
Immediate Feedback: If you notice any issues with your service while you are still at the salon, please bring it to our attention immediately. We will take the necessary steps to correct it on the spot.

Post-Service Concerns: If you encounter any issues after leaving the salon, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will arrange a time for you to return so we can assess and correct the issue at no extra cost.

Follow-Up Appointments: For corrections, we will schedule a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

1. Return and Exchange Policy Details
Eligibility and Conditions

3-day Return Period: You may return products within 3 days from the date of purchase for an account credit or exchange.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Options for Returns
Account Credit or Exchange

Account Credit:

Credit to Your Account: If you prefer, we will credit the full purchase amount to your OXANA ALYOKHINA account, which can be used towards future products.

No Expiration: The account credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

Product Exchange:

Immediate Exchange: You can choose to exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value.

Price Difference: If you select a product of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.


Privacy Policy

  If you don't show up or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance (by phone, text, or email), you are responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled session fee. If you do not pay, you will not be able to re-register with us until full payment is made. This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists and technicians are paid for their services when their appointment is reserved for you.

If you book multiple sessions (e.g., a haircut and color) on the same day, you are responsible for paying for both sessions, even if you show up and let us know you only need one.
